Worst Hotel Experience Ever.

It was one of the worst hotel experiences ever. The bed-sheets and pillows were smelly. The water tap was broken. The rooms were shabby too. Food quality was poor. The location is not bad. Located centrally with a Reliance Fresh Super-Market store just on the ground floor.

Worst Hotel ever visited till now. Not only the staffs but owner were also very ill mannered and behaved like unprofessionals. No dustbin in room,'paan ka pik'on wall,dirty smelly rooms ,dirty bedsheets... no proper service...

Its a single floor claimed to b a hotel wid hardly 12 rooms. The same floor has the reception. Anytym u can find drunk people, especially around the reception. The CC TV cameras r nt workng. Staff peep into ur room wen the door is evn slightly open. Personally i had a very bad experience at the place. The rooms r small, untidy n stink a lot. Behaviour of the staff is horrible to say the least. Wen u raise any issue u may even face physical abuse n gundagardi.. its personal experience. Stay away frm the place to stay safe n healthy. Not worth the charge.

we were here for the weekend of feb 2, 2019 and this turned out to be the most horrible experience I had with oyo. Starting from checkin to checkout nothing was at par with the tarrif we paid. The hotel is quite shady and rooms were even shadier. Electricity cut was frequent and no inverter facility was provided. washroom taps were broken and running water was also not available. Geyser was not working and was giving electrical shocks. Bed sheets were not clean. Moreover service telephone wasn't working and we had to reach reception everytime we wanted to call the service guy. Window couldn't be opened even by hulk.

This hotels is situated at Kaiser gunj. We go early but reception staffs gave immediately cheque in. Best clean room with Free wifi. Rates are reasonable with breakfast they can arrange pushkar & Ajmer Sharif with guide. House keeping restaurant staffs are nice. They have also banquet hall also. TV & ac well equipped hotel. Stay for Two days.
